Lindsey trained at Le Cordon Bleu’s California School of Culinary Arts and graduated in 2005. She was immediately hired at 2 Michelin star rated Providence Restaurant and has worked hundreds of events for top catering companies before landing at Michael's Restaurant in Santa Monica as their Events Coordinator. With years of experience and dedication to the industry, she began Fig + Forage in 2013.
